ITSM integrations

Three new ticketing integrations have been added to our catalog. The functionalities proposed are similar to those for other integrations.

  • Jira Service Management
  • Ivanti Service Desk
  • ARTIS

Correlation Matrix widget

This new widget enables you to view the chronological sequence of events occurring over the past X hours.

This functionality helps you troubleshoot and solve issues by using a Dataviz to exclusively filter the selected control points whose status have recently changed. The correlation displayed provides you with a better understanding of the sequence of events and, as such, significantly reduces the time required to solve issues.
