Enhancements
AIOps - Forecasts
Following the version upgrade, administrators are now authorized to enable forecasts for their company and/or sites and customers. This action is required in order to use the associated functionalities. It is not enabled by default.
Forecast functionalities help operations teams anticipate failure, and as a result, optimize SLAs by reducing unavailability.
There are two types of forecast horizons: short-term (15 hours) and medium-term to long-term (capacity).
15-hour forecast horizon (night-time)
This forecast horizon is applicable to operations integrated with a Dataviz.
- The 15-hour forecast horizon enables you to avoid resorting to on-call staff during off-hours for incidents that could have been anticipated.
- Forecasts are available in the Diagram widget (forecast mode), in the list of statuses and in the Details form of the object.
- You can create an incident based on an expected status.
Forecasts in the list of statuses (forecast mode)
- Expected status, current status, time before status change, confidence
- Creation of tickets based on the expected status
Forecasts in the Details form
- General information: expected status, confidence, time before status change
- Metric: Forecast display
Enhancements to capacity reports
