To log in directly to an Service Apps app on your mobile or workstation, you should create a shortcut using the app URL.

- Paste the app URL in Type the location of the item.
- Click [ NEXT ].
- Rename the shortcut in Type a name for this shortcut.

- Click the app icon in the Favorites Bar and drag it to the Desktop.

Saving the login and password of the app
To avoid having to enter your login and password each time you want to run the app:
- You can click [ SAVE PASSWORD ] the first time you log in to the app, if this is proposed by your browser.
- You can also configure your mobile or workstation as described below.
Use a password to secure access to your mobile or workstation. When passwords are saved, any malicious person can log in to your app at any time.

- In Passwords and forms, select Offer to save your web passwords.

- In AutoComplete, click [ SETTINGS ].
- Check the box Ask me before saving passwords and click [ OK ].
