Incident Packages

Full History
Used this template if you are required to justify and audit all exchanges for a given incident. All emails are stored in the history of actions.
Simplified History
Used this template if you have no traceability constraint. Only processing actions and emails sent by wizards are stored in the history of actions.

Service Request Packages

Recipient Manager Validation
Used this template if you would like an initial approval of the request by the recipient's manager.
Recipient's Department Manager Validation
Used this template if you would like an initial approval of the request by the recipient's department manager.
