Quick Dashboard
Definition
The Quick Dashboard is the area containing counters found in the notification bar. It indicates the number of actions / approvals that the employee, or a member of one of his groups, has to perform. Click each counter to display the list of objects concerned.

- In the Back Office, IT Support staff can view the number of actions performed for incidents, service requests and change requests, and the number of approvals (user or hierarchy) to be given.
Notes
- The counters displayed depend on the user's access rights to the Operation, Transition and Self Service menus.
- In the Back Office, when users are authorized to access both the Operation and Transition menus, the sum of all actions and approvals will be totaled in the counters.
- Only users whose profile can access the Operation or Transition menus are authorized to configure the Quick Dashboard.

- The Quick Dashboard window displays the list of the incidents/requests/actions/approvals.
- Parameters available:
- Columns displayed in the Quick Dashboard window
- Automatic refreshment interval of counters defined in Other Parameters {SM}: Refresh frequency of notification bar counters (in seconds)

: Open the form of the object.
: Enables you to assign the action/approval to yourself in order to process it.
- It will automatically appear in the To Do or Late notification zones depending on its creation date.
- The associated counters will automatically be refreshed.

How to use the Quick Dashboard
In the Back Office
Step 1: Displaying the action/approval list.
1. Click the counter you want.
The list of objects will appear.
2. (Optional) Click the sequence number of the corresponding object in the first column # of the grid to view the form of an action/approval.
Step 2: Assigning an action to a user.
Assign an action to yourself
- Click
to assign the action/approval you want to yourself.
or - Run the Process this Action wizard in the form.
Assign an action to a specific user
- Run the Assign wizard in the form.
- Enter the following fields:
- Specify the user and the user group.
- If it is one of your groups, you can click Auto Assignment to assign the action to yourself.
- You can click Mail to send the relevant users a notification email.
- Cliquez sur Finish.
The counters will automatically be updated. The action will automatically appear in the To Do or Late notification zones depending on its creation date.

How to display the Quick Dashboard
Step 1: Authorizing the access to the Quick Dashboard by profile.
1. Select Administration > Access Management > User Profiles in the menu.
2. Open the profile to be configured via .
3. Select the Display "Quick Dashboard" box.
4. Click Save.
Step 2: Checking the correct display of the Quick Dashboard.
1. Log in using the configured profile.
2. Check that you can access the Quick Dashboard correctly.
