Forward Schedule of Change
Definition
The Forward Schedule of Change displays all events related to configuration items (CI), i.e. change requests, projects, release projects and blackout periods.

This scheduling tool is used by the IT Department to define new events that can affect configuration items (CI).
Notes
- The schedule is available in read-only mode. None of the events displayed can be modified.

Procedure: How to consult the schedule of change
Step 1: Open the schedule of change
1. Select Service Transition > Collision Detection > Forward Schedule of Change in the menu.
Step 2: Consult the schedule on a period
1. Click to select the relevant analysis period.
All events occurring or scheduled for this period will appear.
2. Move to the schedule using the arrows
to see the previous periods and
to see the next periods.
3. Click Today to return to the current month.
Step 3: Display details on an event
1. Move the cursor over the colored event bar.
