Equipment and Licenses Financial Data
Different views enable you to monitor the financial information related to equipment and licenses, and evaluate the budget for renewing the IT infrastructure.
Depreciations
Menu access:
- Asset & Configuration > Licenses > Depreciations
- Asset & Configuration > Equipment > Depreciations
View displaying information on equipment and licenses depreciation.
- Click
to access the corresponding Equipment form. - Different views enable you to group equipment by purchase date, by acquisition type or by location.
To display the details of depreciations, open the Equipment form and select the Financial Data tab.
Manage Finances
Menu access:
- Asset & Configuration > Licenses > Manage Finances
- Asset & Configuration > Equipment > Manage Finances
View displaying information on equipment and licenses purchase.
- Click to access the corresponding Equipment form.
- Different views enable you to group equipment by purchase date or by acquisition type.
Renewal Management
Menu access: Financial Management > Renewal Management > Renewal Management
View displaying the estimated budget for renewing equipment and the quantity to be renewed by month or by year.
- Click a period to display the list of equipment concerned.
- The renewal date of an item of equipment is calculated by adding the scheduled usage duration of the model defined in the catalog to the installation date of the equipment.
To extend the estimated usage duration of an item of equipment, open the Equipment form and launch the Extension of Use wizard.
