Service Apps - Data Source Library
The data source library groups all data source types available in the graphic editor that you can use to retrieve data in an app, e.g. data extracted from files, databases, third-party applications, etc.
This data is then displayed in charts, tables, lists or reports via widgets pointing to the data sources.
Data source types are arranged by category. You can use them to retrieve the following data:
- Static data, e.g. data from files.
- Dynamic data, e.g. online data or Service Manager data. This data is automatically refreshed.
Each data source created from a data source type has characteristics specific to its category. This is described in the relevant wiki page.
Notes
- Data source types are created and maintained by EasyVista.
See General remarks on data sources.
