The Admin Panel of Service Apps - Team Management
A team is a group of users authorized to access the same apps and with the same rights. This screen enables the administrator to assign the access rights to apps for each team and to select the members.
Notes
- The team management in the Admin Panel is accessible only to platform administrator whose profile is App Center Manager.
- Users belonging to a team will have the access rights assigned to the team as well as the access rights assigned specifically to each of them.
- Each user can belong to one or more teams.
- The team called Everyone groups all users authorized to access Service Apps.
- It cannot be deleted.
- It is automatically refreshed each time a user is added or deleted.
- It appears at the top of the list of users in all access management dialog boxes.
- Click a column header to sort data in the table.
Settings for updating teams that depend on the tenant management. See the tenant management.
- When the Create User's Groups as Teams rule is enabled for the tenant, new Service Manager groups for the user will be added as Service Apps teams. The names of existing teams will be updated in the company language.
- When the Create User's Profile as Teams is enabled for the tenant, new user profiles will be created as Service Apps teams. The names of existing profiles will be updated in the company language.
- When the Create User's Language as Teams is enabled for the tenant, new user languages will be created as Service Apps teams. The names of existing languages will be updated.
Best Practice
- To give all users the right to access an app, select the team called Everyone.

Screens description
List of teams
Add Team: Used to create a new team.
Delete Team: Used to delete the selected team.
- Users belonging to the team will no longer have the access rights to apps defined for this team.
- They will however continue to have the access rights assigned individually to them as well as those assigned to the other teams where they belong.
Name: Name of the team.
- Click one of the teams to view the members.
Email: Email address of the team.
Description of a team
Access: Click one of the teams in the table of teams.
Team Designation: Name of the team.
Email: Email address of the team.
List of team members
- Team Member pane: List of users belonging to the team.
- Non-Team Member pane: List of users not belonging to the team.
- Use

icons to move users from one pane to the other.
Access right table by app: List of available apps on the platform. Select the apps the users in the team will be authorized to access and define access rights for each of them.

Admin: Users are authorized to administer the app but cannot modify or run it.
Edit: Users are authorized to access the graphic editor to edit the app.
Execute: Users are authorized to run the app but cannot modify it.
Procedure: How to assign access rights to apps in a batch
1. Go the the team management screen via Admin Panel in the App Gallery toolbar >
Team Management in the Admin Panel toolbar.
2. Select teams in a batch.
- Check the box in the team table header to select all the teams.
- You can narrow down your selection by unselecting the teams you do not want.
3. Specify the right access to the apps for the selected teams.
- Click one of the selected teams.
The list of available apps on the platform will be displayed.
- Check the access rights to the apps for the team.
Assign rights to the apps in a batch.
- Check the box in the app table header to select all the apps.
- You can narrow down your selection by unselecting the apps you do not want.
- Click OK.
The same access rights of the same apps will automatically be assigned to all of the selected teams.
