Self Help - Overview

Self Help allows to manage knowledge by modeling procedures using dynamic decision trees. These knowledge flows may then provide diagnostic help, self help support, maintenance processes, etc. to end users.

  • The users can access them from their workstation. They are made available in the form of portals, interactive Web applications, collaborative platforms, etc.
