This menu groups Online Studio functionalities intended for server administrators.

- Server administrators can access the System menu in an on-premises setup. (Note: For SaaS-based customers, the administration of Self Help servers is performed by the EasyVista CMC team).
Description
Beta-codes sub-menu
EasyVista offers the beta testing of one or more functionalities to certain customers in order to receive feedback on these tests prior to an official release. This phase enables us, for example, to correct or adapt the functionality prior to release.
- The functionality can be enabled only by a beta-code that EasyVista provides certain customers selected as beta testers.
- Once the functionality is deployed in production, the beta-code will no longer be valid.
The sub-menu displays the list of beta-codes provided by EasyVista.
Access: Administration > System > Beta-codes menu
- You can sort the list by clicking one of the column headers.

Procedures
How to enable a functionality using a beta-code
Note: Only for server administrators.
Step 1: Add a new beta-code.
1. Select Administration > System > Beta-codes in the menu.
2. Specify the beta-code provided by EasyVista in the following format, name-value.
3. Click Add.
Step 2: Test the enabled functionality.
1. Go to the menu that includes the functionality.
2. Check that it is enabled.
