Collections identify Self Help projects containing a set of knowledge articles in the form of procedures.

This menu enables you to export metadata from a current Self Help project or a published project.

Screens description

General

This displays general information on the Self Help project, e.g. name, description, domain and number of existing versions.

Working versions

This displays the list of active Self Help project versions, e.g. version currently being edited or last published version.

• You can export and import the metadata of each version by clicking  and .  See the procedure

All versions

This displays the list of all existing Self Help project versions, e.g. inactive published versions or minor versions.

• You can export the metadata of each version by clicking  that will appear on hover over the relevant row.  See the procedure
