Reporting Tools


The reporting tools include:

  • Trends: These are significant figures of the IT activity in the company over a given period (Example: Number of incidents of the commercial department, number of active contracts, number of equipment with a maintenance contract);
  • Reportings: These are customized statistical reports which are displayed or printed (Example: Last Months late Incidents, Distribution of Incidents, Average Age of Equipment);
  • Alerts: These are watchdogs, which are placed on key activities of the IT departments of the company (Example: CI without Continuity Plan, Urgent Decision to take on Contracts - Notification D-60).

Note: All these objects are grouped in folders allowing organizing them depending on their function.
