Pre-Oxygen Versions of Service Manager - End of Life

EasyVista announces the End of Life (EOL) for pre-Oxygen versions of Service Manager as of September 30, 2022.

What Does This Mean For You?

After this date, customers using pre-Oxygen version of Service Manager will no longer receive technical support from EasyVista.

Customers are being notified of this change now, so you have enough time to upgrade to the latest supported version of Service Manager (Oxygen 1.6 – Build 2018.1.119.0 or higher).

We recommend upgrading to the Oxygen+ version of Service Manager as it is the best way to keep employees engaged and keep customers connected, plus you can get easier access to Self Help and Service Bots. Together, these technologies allow organizations to easily capture knowledge and share information to users wherever they work –websites, self-service portals, enterprise applications, and virtual agents.
