The EV Reach Console provides easy access and management of incidents via a direct integration with leading service desk providers.

From within the EV Reach interface, you can search and open incidents, update their information and status, work on the resolution of an incident using EV Reach and close the ticket with automatic registration of the actions performed for the resolution in the ticket.
