Last modified on 2024/03/11 16:52

Timeslots are used to define specific periods for configuration items (CI):

You can define exceptions to override the specified timeslots. Open url.png See the description

Notes

  • When a timeslot is defined for a company, it will be visible to all of the company's lower-level sites in the company tree.
  • You can also define notification timeslots in contacts.

Best Practice

  • Define timeslots at the highest level of the company tree so that they can be inherited by the lower levels.
  • Control periods and notification periods should be defined 24/7 so that you can receive notifications 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
  • Define the exceptions if you want to override the specified timeslots.
