EV Observe - Use AWS-Paas-cloudwatch Service Template
AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a Cloud platform that provides a virtual environment and offers online services to other websites or client applications.

- Retrieve the indicators required for building the health status of services.
- Monitor AWS usage charges and receive early warnings when the budget is overrun.
