From Autumn 2020 version onwards, templates can be directly installed from the Service Apps library. You only need to download reports from the wiki. This requires the installation of Service Apps Oxygen 2.1 or later. To enjoy all of the new functionalities, certain templates may require you to install a version later than the one mentioned at the top of the installation page.
