EasyVista Virtual Agent Data Source


Apps - Datasource - EasyVista Virtual Agent icon.png  This data source belongs to the Applications category in the data source library. It is used to define the data source for a virtual agent created in Product name - ev Self Help via a chatbot project.

  • You can display the virtual agent using a Virtual Agent widget.
  • It can be defined as public, with no authentication required, or private, i.e. users must authenticate using their Product name - ev sas.png login and password.

  • A SelfHelp connector must first be created. The domain is the one where the Self Help server is located.

To implement a virtual agent in the wiki

  • Create the chatbot project in Product name - ev Self Help
  • Create the EasyVista Virtual Agent data source linked to this project
  • Create the Virtual Agent widget pointing to the data source
  • Implement the virtual agent in the wiki

List of properties

Content

Alias/Connector: SelfHelp connector used by the data source.

Virtual Agent ID: ID of the virtual agent (chatbot) created in Product name - ev Self Help.png.

Locale: Language used for displaying the virtual agent when it is called.

  • You must define this parameter in the following format, Language_Region.
             Example documentation icon FR.png  en_us: For American English; fr_fr: For French
  • You can use all languages that are supported in Self Help and that have a translation.

Public Account: Product name - ev Self Help ID used to disable user authentication when calling the virtual agent. The login window will not appear.

  • If the field is not specified, the login window will appear and users will be required to enter their Product name - ev sas.png login and password.
